Seriously, I apologize to all who have posted or written in the last couple of weeks and haven’t received an answer. Between guests and runs to Seattle for medical tests for my husband, it’s been crazed. We’ve received good news and bad news, with no extremes in either, but most importantly for my sanity I actually got away for a weekend, for the first time in over two years. Got to see some old friends I hadn’t seen in a long while. It was a major turning point in many ways, something I’ll discuss in the next newsletter.

In the meantime, posts are answered and I promise to get to the mail this week.

Yes, it's been a real good news bad news kind of month or two. My getaway wasn't long in miles or time, but it was a light year mentally! I went and saw some friends play music at three local fairs, which I'll be writing more about in the newsletter, which is obviously also late. Sounds like you had a great summer! What place did you like best?

However, inside the U.S. ... Hmmm! I can't choose. South Dakota had lots of beautiful spots. I loved Yellowstone! Florida is always a favorite...
