..."The problem just now is that, as I mentioned, my publisher wants more romantic suspense from me, so Tal's on the back burner for now."...Hmmm...I'm not sure if i should just mention how very disappointed i am to read THAT -- or if i should rant my frustration with Ms. D's publisher for sticking the almighty buck at the top of a pecking order in which that much longed for "Tal's story" is placed near the bottom. How sad for me, i suppose. After taking the time to wrestle away the keyboard from my two teenaged sons so that i could google the name of the sequel i was sure i could run to the store and buy...I've discovered that the publishers would rather milk the cash cow then feed a starved fan a meal that makes the mouth water with anticipation. What a shame.
I hope it won't be too long of a wait. And i hope Tal's old world charm and mystique isn't too much changed when he is brought to the future. I adored him in the place out of time from which he came.
